Can't access one website...

Problem:
Your computer is working as normal, only problem is you can't access to one specific web url. No matter your using firefox, IE, Opera or FTP client such as FileZilla only one computer will work like there is no such a domain. Other all the computers in world can access but your computer cannot.

Solution:
DNS address course this problem. Set different DNS address. Keep it different from other computers, if your computer is on a network.

XP: 1.
Goto "Local Area Connection Properties" window.
Method 1: System tray> Local Area Connection icon(right click) > Status> Click Properties
Method 2: Control Panel> Network Connections > Local Area Connection icon(right click) > Properties
2. In Local Area Connection status window select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and click Properties
3. General tab. Changed checked option to "Use the following DNS server address".
4. Now you need to suggest a DNS address ex: 212.38.13.1 Click OK when you finish.
Note: DNS adders is a combination of four set of numbers which lay between 1-255 range. remember no to conflict new address with other computers in the network.


VISTA: 1.Goto "Local Area Connection Properties" window.
Method 1: System tray> Local Area Connection icon(left click) > Select the connection(left click) > This will open 'Network and Sharing Center' there in 'Network' click 'View Status'> Click Properties(will need administrator permission-click continue)
Method 2: Control Panel> Under 'Network and Internet' click View network status and tasks this will bring you to 'Network and Sharing Center' now continue from the fourth step in method 2. In Local Area Connection status window select "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and click Properties
3.General tab. Changed checked option to "Use the following DNS server address". 4. Now you need to suggest a DNS address ex:fe80::e4d4:8367:b869:f09d Click OK when you finish
Note: This DNS adders is a combination of five set of numbers and letters which lay between 0-9 and a-f range. remember no to conflict new address with other computers in the network.

In Local Area Connection status window select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and click Properties
6. General tab. Changed checked option to "Use the following DNS server address".
7. Now you need to suggest a DNS address ex: 212.38.13.1

Found a better solution

As I assume the cause for this problem is the server of the web site host blacklist the specific computer any how. So the solution would be to appear as a another computer or wait until the server automatically remove the computer from its black list.
How to appear as another computer:
In simply change your IP, restart your router or brake the ISP connection for a few minutes. This will gain you a new IP unless you have a static IP from you ISP.
Wait until server remove you from its blacklist:
Seems like the server automatically remove those blacklisted IPs after a while, time depends on the server settings.
